Four nights in Osaka, and this hotel was a great base. The location is fantastic-so easy to get to Namba and Dotonbori. The room was well-designed and comfortable. The breakfast was fine. For a Hyatt hotel, it was great value for points!

Brand new hotel, really stylish and a great location for exploring Osaka. The room was smaller than some Western hotels, but perfectly fine for a couple of nights, with a great shower. The breakfast was okay, but nothing special. I'd stay here again.

Loved this place! The room was spacious and stylish, the bed comfy (a tad firm, but fine), and the location was perfect for exploring Dotonbori and all the nearby food spots. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making the whole experience even better.

The hotel design is amazing - so cool and innovative! The location is also great, close to Namba and lots of restaurants. The room was larger than expected, but the breakfast was a let-down for the price. I'd stay again for the right points deal, though.

It's a new hotel, so the hardware is great. The location is superb! Room is small but that's typical for Japan. My only gripes were a strange smell on the pillows and mattress and significant street noise even with double-glazing. Despite those issues, it's still a good hotel.
